While there is a myth that swimming can be hazardous, light swimming may actually be one of the better excise options due to it being very low impact. However, you will want to avoid using jacuzzis or hot tubs. The hot temperatures of the water can cause a pregnant woman's core body temperature to quickly approach dangerous levels.

Getting The Prenatal Care I Needed

As soon as I found out that I was pregnant with my first child, I knew that I needed to make a few changes to ensure that me and my baby stayed safe.
